Wonderful and absolutely charming accommodation with awesome setting right by downtown as well as Signal Hill, grocery store, and Signal hill. Fantastic breakfast with a wide array of hot/cold dishes.

We had a great stay at The Roses Heritage Inn. The room was well-appointed and had a nice view. The location was fantastic, being close to Rocket Bakery and within walking distance of downtown restaurants, shops, and jellybean row.

The Roses Heritage Inn is possibly the best and really good stay for $140 for one night. It boasts an excellent and beautiful location, with easy access to all the attractions of St. John's. The nearby Vu Resto & Bar is a great place to chill out and the staff are amicable and caring.

We had an amazing stay at The Roses Heritage Inn on our first night in St John's. The triple room was incredible and very well taken care of.- The location was marvelous and amazing, as it was not far from downtown, Water Street, and most of the attractions, including Quidi Vidi lake.

We had a wonderful stay at The Roses Heritage Inn. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Parking was easy and affordable, with a lot across the street for only $20. The exterior of the B&B was charming and the antiques in our room added a beautiful touch. The breakfasts were absolutely fantastic, and our chef John was attentive and personable. We highly recommend this lovely B&B.

The value for money at Roses Heritage Inn was excellent! The room was cozy and comfortable, and the location was convenient. The staff treated me with exceptional kindness and hospitality.

I absolutely loved my stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, allowing me to easily walk to all the downtown streets. Plus, the view of the harbor from the terrace was simply breathtaking. I enjoyed making tea and sitting outside, immersing myself in the beautiful surroundings. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, especially the housekeeping team who made sure everything was perfect before I went to bed. Not to mention, the friendly and accommodating shuttle service was a great convenience. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making my stay truly enjoyable.
I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

The Roses Heritage Inn is a beautiful old place to stay with extremely friendly staff. The location is particularly good with nice views, right by the harbour, grocery store, and the waterfront, the Battery and Signal Hill. The inn offers a unique breakfast with plenty of goodies. The people working here are really helpful and it's a charming old place. The location is excellent - it's right next to a good coffee shop and adjacent to Signal Hill, restaurants, shopping, and Water Street. The units are quiet and spotless with great beds.
