Wonderful and absolutely charming accommodation with awesome setting right by downtown as well as Signal Hill, grocery store, and Signal hill. Fantastic breakfast with a wide array of hot/cold dishes.

The units are impeccably clean with a view. The staff are pretty friendly and amiable, managed the parking nearby. The location is great and stunning, 1 km from Government House.

We were happy to be given a double room with complimentary coffee.

The Roses Heritage Inn is possibly the best and really good stay for $140 for one night. It boasts an excellent and beautiful location, with easy access to all the attractions of St. John's. The nearby Vu Resto & Bar is a great place to chill out and the staff are amicable and caring.

Parking was easy and affordable, with a lot across the street for only $20. The exterior of the B&B was charming and the antiques in our room added a beautiful touch. The breakfasts were absolutely fantastic, and our chef John was attentive and personable. We highly recommend this lovely B&B.
